Refund Policy We have a no hassle refund policy. If there is something wrong with the codes, just let us know, and we will try to assist you. If at any time in the first 30 days, you want a refund, please let us know and we will issue an immediate refund. Please remember that PayPal, your bank or credit card may take a day or two to process the refund. Your codes come with a lifetime replacement warranty.

What is the difference between UPC & EAN? Barcodes come in two varieties: UPC (12-digit) and EAN (13 digit.) The number is the same, its just formatted differently. You can remove the leading zero from the EAN format to convert it to the UPC format. In the USA and Canada, BOTH Amazon and Ebay accept BOTH the UPC and EAN format of the barcode. Outside of the USA, in Europe and the rest of the world, ONLY the EAN format is accepted

Yes, we guarantee that the codes are usable for listing products on Amazon sites worldwide.

In the US and Canada you can use either the UPC (12-digit) or EAN (13-digit) format, but for the rest of the world (Amazon.uk, .de, etc.) you MUST use the 13-digit EAN format.

This is “fake news” – we have sold to thousands of customers over many years and we have NOT ONE case of a customer being suspended for using codes purchased from us.

This is “fake news” – we wish they checked to make certain all codes were GS1-issued, but if you use ADD A PRODUCT or a template to create a listing NO checking is done. If you telephone Amazon to talk to them about a problem with a listing, they may lookup the code, but this is all manual, nothing automatic.

Amazon would “prefer” that you purchase codes from GS1 at a cost of $250 for the first 10 codes, but we guarantee you will have no problems using the GS1 codes that we sell to list products using ADD A PRODUCT or templates.

If it has a brand-name then a barcode is required.

Since June of 2015 Ebay, like Amazon, now requires UPC codes for selling most categories of products. Barcode labels will not be required on your merchandise. UPDATE: As of May 1, 2018, if you don’t have UPC codes on your listings for name-brand products then they may not be available for sale on Ebay.
